Lynn Ruehlmann and Norris Spencer have developed a program, Tickle Your Ears for the Chrysler Museum. They perform the first Thursday of each month in the galleries of the Chrysler.

7:30 pm Stories from America and her Veterans In honor of Veterans' Day, the Central Rappahannock Regional Library presents storyteller, musician and veteran Pat Mendoza tell stories about the Civil War, World War I, World War II, Vietnam and other conflicts involving our veterans. Mendoza is an internationally acclaimed storyteller, author, singer, composer, humorist, and musician. The straightforward, simple manner in which he tell stories about wartime experiences are measured by his own and others of his generation. For teens and adults. 8:00 pm - midnight Fray Day is a yearly event in which people gather in cities around the world to tell true, personal stories. This is a free, open to the public, open mic storytelling event in Fredericksburg. Location: University of Mary Washington, Combs 111. It is an off-shoot of fray.com, a website which pairs autobiographical stories with illustrators and publishes the resulting pieces online. This will be the eighth year that Fray Day has been held, and the first year it will be held in Fredericksburg. It is being sponsored by the University of Mary Washington's department of English, Linguistics, and Speech.
