I've been hearing and telling traditional stories since childhood. I tell mostly traditional folklore and historical tales. I enjoy finding new material in old sources, from local memories to 17th century diaries. I have been writing and presenting workshops about aspects of storytelling for custom audiences since 2001.
I was in the cast of the first season of the Colorado Renaissance Fair in 1979 (or thereabouts), and have gleefully patronized Faires in most of the years since then. I have attended the Virginia Renaissance Faire in both incarnations, every season but one.
